By using sicarii613.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. These terms apply to the website only; work we perform for a client is governed by a separate written engagement agreement, which prevails in the event of any conflict.

2. No security advice

Nothing published here constitutes security, legal, insurance or compliance advice for your specific situation. Content is general information offered in good faith. An engagement begins only when a written scope has been signed by both parties and any required authorisation has been issued.

3. No emergency service

Sicarii 613 is not an emergency responder and does not operate a public dispatch line. If you or anyone else is in immediate danger, contact law enforcement first. Do not rely on this website for time-critical assistance.

4. Confidentiality and intake

Submitting an intake request does not create a consultant–client relationship. It does not, by itself, create a confidentiality obligation on our part beyond what is described in our privacy notice. If you require an NDA before disclosing detail, say so in the form and disclose only enough to establish contact.

5. Lawful use and authorisation

Our services are delivered only in environments where the client has lawful authority to grant access. Clients warrant that they own or control the systems, facilities and information they ask us to assess. We will decline work where that authority is absent or unclear, and we may terminate an engagement if we discover it was misrepresented.

6. Accuracy and change

We aim for accuracy in everything published here. Capabilities, kits, timelines and service descriptions are subject to change without notice and are confirmed only in a written scope. Field tools described on this site are not offered for sale to the public.

7. Intellectual property

The name Sicarii 613, the emblem, and the text, design and code of this website are the property of Sicarii 613 and its licensors. You may read, quote briefly with attribution and link to these pages. You may not republish the site's content wholesale or present it as your own. Field tools and documentation produced under an engagement are licensed to the client as set out in the engagement agreement.

Where we link to other sites, we do so because we believe them useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

9. Limitation of liability
