Origin & doctrine
The name
is the doctrine.
Sicarii 613 is a protection firm. The name is not decoration — it is a statement about who we are willing to stand in front of, and why.
01/ THE WORD
Sicarii
sī·cā·rī·ī · "dagger-men"
The name was not chosen by the men it described. It was applied from the outside — by the power that found them inconvenient, to a movement that refused to be absorbed.
We take the label our adversaries coined and invert it. In our hands it does not mean the one who strikes. It means the one who stands between. A guard's emblem, worn openly, in a century that has made clear what happens to communities that assume someone else is watching the door.
02/ LINEAGE
One house, three rooms.
Sicarii 613 is not a startup with a security page. It is the protection arm of an organisation that has been building audience, message and community infrastructure for Zionist causes — and kept running into the same wall: the people doing the work were exposed and nobody was minding it.
LIONESS 613
Marketing and advocacy. Campaign strategy, creative production, media placement, community mobilisation and the communications discipline that keeps a message intact under pressure. This is where the audience and the mandate come from.
SICARII 613
The protection business. Assessment, digital defence, physical protection, intelligence and field technology — delivered as a commercial service to organisations, institutions and communities inside the Zionist ecosystem. A business venture of LIONESS 613, operated with its own scopes, contracts and standards.
Field Technology
Internal research and hardware development. The lab builds what the field asks for and the market does not sell: sweep kits, access rigs, alerting mesh and hardened communications. Capability stays in-house and is deployed to clients under programme.
We are not selling fear. We are selling the thing that makes fear unnecessary — someone competent, on the wall, at three in the morning.

03/ DOCTRINE
Six rules we do not bend.
engagement letter
Protect people, not reputations
If the safe answer is the embarrassing one, we give the embarrassing one. A client who is told the truth can act; a client who is flattered cannot.
Lawful, always
Every technique we use sits inside a statute, a licence or a signed authorisation. Where a matter needs an authority we do not have, we name it and coordinate.
No theatre
We do not sell visible guards where a lock would do, or dashboards where a procedure would do. If it does not reduce risk, it does not go in the proposal.
Assume the adversary is patient
Campaigns against our clients are not opportunistic. They plan, they case, they wait. Our timelines and our retention policies are built for that, not for a quarterly report.
Transfer capability, not dependency
Your staff should be more capable when we leave. Retainers are for continuity and monitoring, never for holding your organisation hostage to our availability.
Confidential by default
We do not name clients, publish case studies or confirm engagements without written permission. The work is the reference; the discretion is the brand.
04/ CLIENTS
Who we work for.
Organizations inside the Zionist ecosystem — meaning institutions, businesses and communities whose mission, membership or public identity makes them a target.
We also take commercial work outside that definition where the problem is one we are built for. The standard does not change with the client.
Next step
Start with
an assessment.
Not a sales call. A structured look at what you have, what is exposed, and what it would take to close it.
