data handling
We are a security firm. Our clients' exposure is our business, so we treat intake data as the most sensitive thing on this website. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.
1. Who we are
Sicarii 613 is a private security consultancy and a business venture of LIONESS 613. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Sicarii 613. "You" refers to anyone visiting this website or submitting an intake request.
2. What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us:
- Intake information — the name, organisation, role, email address, telephone number and description you enter in the intake form.
- Correspondence — emails, messages and documents you send in the course of an engagement.
- Engagement records — scopes, findings, invoices and deliverables produced under a signed agreement.
- Technical logs — the web host records standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not run third-party ad trackers.
We do not ask for payment card details through this website. Invoicing is handled directly and securely.
3. Why we hold it
- To respond to your intake request and decide whether we can help.
- To deliver an engagement you have commissioned.
- To meet legal, tax and insurance obligations.
- To protect our own systems and those of our clients against fraud and intrusion.
4. Who sees it
Intake data is read by Sicarii 613 principals and the personnel assigned to your matter. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for marketing. We disclose only where required by law, by a court order, or where necessary to prevent imminent harm — and, wherever we are permitted, we tell you first.
Vendors who process data on our behalf (email, hosting, accounting) are bound by written confidentiality terms and are selected for their security posture, not their price.
5. How long we keep it
Intake requests that do not become engagements are deleted within 12 months. Engagement records are retained for the period required by law and by our professional liability cover, then destroyed. Field data collected during an engagement — sweeps, logs, camera exports — is retained only for the agreed retention window and destroyed on written instruction.
6. How it is protected
Encrypted in transit and at rest, access limited to named personnel, multi-factor authentication on every administrative account, and logging of access to client records. We hold ourselves to the same standard we recommend to clients.
7. Your choices
You may ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You may withdraw consent to be contacted at any time. Requests are answered within 30 days. Some records cannot be deleted while a legal retention obligation applies — we will tell you which and why.
To make a request, write to privacy@sicarii613.com.
8. Cookies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The web host may set a session cookie required to serve pages correctly and to protect forms against automated abuse. Those cookies are functional, not tracking.
9. Children
This website is directed at organisations and adults acting in a professional capacity. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Where an engagement involves a school or youth programme, all data about minors is handled under the institution's own policy and the written terms of the engagement.
10. Changes
If this policy changes materially, the effective date at the top of the page changes and clients under active engagement are notified directly.

Privacy questions, access requests and deletion requests are handled by a principal, not a support queue. Write to privacy@sicarii613.com and include "Privacy" in the subject line.
